These are great reasons for anyone to start running. If you’re new to the field, try something like the couch to 5k, which has a very slow progression into the field of endurance running. Also, sign up for a race a few months out, which will give you something to work towards. They are always a blast, and the added adrenaline from the excitment helps your running!
