Plant-Based Parfait

Parfait

 

There’s no better way to kick-off fall than to wake up on a Sunday to a run and a dairy-free parfait!  It’s so easy to make, I have one almost every day…

Dice up your favorite apple (I alternate between pink lady, gala, or the like) add a serving of dairy-free vanilla yogurt, Silk has been my favorite so far.  Add a healthy-serving of granola, I’ve experimented with many brands and have settled on Love Grown Oat Clusters (vanilla) and a LOT of cinnamon.

I’m sure you could alternate flavors for an even more delicious alternative too.  I use this for breakfast, afternoon snacks (especially after a long work-out) and often for dessert too.  It’s very filling and also very sweet.
